TRT and HRT are not twelve-week programs. Patients inject weekly for years, change strengths through you, and want nothing clinical on a lock screen. HL Patient Portal is built around that.

The Track tab shows the week, the next dose and adherence. On Growth and up a body map suggests the site rested longest, with side effects and a note on the entry.
The patient picks their injection day and is reminded the day before, by email on every plan and by push in the native app.
The shop sells the strength a patient is on or the next step either way. Anything else becomes a message to your clinic, and a strength you grant from the record is logged.
Any product sold with a dose amount is scheduled in the app and appears on the daily medication list, marked taken or skipped; anything else the patient takes, they can add to the list themselves. Weight and injection tracking can be switched off in Settings.
Patients write in the app; your team answers from the dashboard inbox or HighLevel Conversations. Message bodies are encrypted at rest; the patient is emailed that a reply is waiting, not the reply.
In the new patient app, which we switch on per clinic, auto-refill re-places a patient's last order on the supply cadence, charged early enough to arrive before the last dose. Three days before each charge the app asks how it is going.
Weight programs are built around a first month. Hormone programs are built around month fourteen, when the injection day drifts and a patient quietly stops. The portal is built for that stretch.
A delivered order sets up the treatment. Each week the patient is reminded the day before, logs the dose and watches the streak grow, counted in weeks, so month fourteen reads as week sixty. With HighLevel connected, a missed dose fires injection_missed and a broken streak fires streak_broken.
The portal does not schedule labs or read results. What it has: an announcement banner on every home screen with a button to your booking page and an expiry date, so "book your six-month labs" takes itself down; on Growth and up, a push to patients tagged labs-due, and a lab results upload question on the intake form, stored privately on the record.
Push notifications show on lock screens, so by policy they carry no clinical detail: "You have a dose scheduled", "Your refill is on its way". Order emails list quantities and prices only, reminder emails do not name the medication, and the details sit in the portal behind login. Sites, side effects, notes and messages are encrypted at the field level.
Open a patient: the last 12 weeks of doses with an adherence percentage, intake answers, orders, messages and check-ins. The At-risk list sorts patients who stopped dosing, whose adherence halved, whose supply ran out unreordered or who went quiet.
Three steps; the getting-started guide walks through them.
Load the starter catalog for the goal paths and results pages, then add your own products: injectable, oral, patch or cream, each with strengths, supply lengths and a patient guide.
Stripe onboarding from the Integrations page, done once. Patient payments land in your own Stripe account; refunds and payouts stay in your Stripe dashboard.
Import your list and send the invites. Each patient claims their account with one tap and a password.
No lab module exists. Use an announcement with a booking button and an expiry date, or on Growth and up a push to a tag and a lab upload question on the intake form.
A push says a dose is scheduled and asks them to open the app. It never names the treatment, dose or site. Emails follow the same rule.
Yes. Any product sold with a dose amount is scheduled in the app and appears on the daily medication list, marked taken or skipped. A product sold without a dose amount, or anything from elsewhere, the patient adds to the list themselves.
Only within the window you allow: their current strength or the next step either way. Anything else becomes a message to your clinic, and you grant specific strengths from the patient record.
Auto-refill is in the new patient app, which we switch on per clinic; ask us if you want it. A patient turns it on for a treatment. The portal re-places their last order on the supply cadence, charging the saved card early enough to arrive before the last dose. They can pause it or turn it off; a declined card is retried.
Yes. Settings, Features switches weight, injection and symptom tracking on or off for your patient app.
